Is this a course?
Yes, a hands-on one. You learn by building your own AI agent with Claude, step by step, and finish with an agent you use and a certificate of completion. No videos to sit through.
How do I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Enter the company name and VAT ID at checkout. The invoice is made out to the company and emailed right after payment.

Can I put work material into AI?
Your company’s AI policy decides that, so check it. You choose what goes in, and the kit tells you what to leave out.
Where do I find the certificate?
On your certificate page, linked in your delivery email, with a PDF and an Add to LinkedIn button.
What is the kit, exactly?
The kit arrives by email right after checkout. You add it to a new Claude chat, type Go, and Claude interviews you from there. Nothing to install.
How is this different from Claude’s memory or custom instructions?
Memory and custom instructions are places to put things. Gerty finds out what to put there: a twelve-question interview on how you decide, your own writing for the voice, and five tests before you rely on it. Memory keeps working the way it always did.
Do I need to be technical?
No. No code, nothing to install. You talk to Claude and answer its questions, like with a good new colleague.
Which AI platforms does it work on?
Claude, OpenAI, and most AI platforms. At checkout you choose the one you use. Claude is ready now. For ChatGPT, Copilot and others, your order is confirmed today and the kit arrives by email on 10 November.
Which Claude plan do I need?
Claude Pro is recommended. The build is a long conversation, and the result lives in a Claude Project. If your plan cannot create a Project, the kit has a fallback: you keep the two blocks it writes as notes and use them in a new chat. Plans and limits change, so check yours first.
How long does it take?
One afternoon, in one or two sittings. With the session, add 45 minutes with me.

We build and test your agent together on your real work, and I show you how to connect your tools where your plan and IT allow. A short intake comes first so we start where you are. I take 6 sessions a week, so a slot can be a week or two out.
Do I need a lot of my own writing?
No. A few emails or posts you’re happy with help it sound like you. The interview does most of the work.
Will you see my writing?
No. Everything stays in your own account. In the session, you decide what to show me.
Will it think exactly like me?
No. It works from what you tell it and will miss sometimes. You test it before you rely on it, and you correct it in plain words.
Does it connect to my email, calendar or files?
Claude can connect to tools like Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive, where your plan and your company’s IT allow. In the session I show you how. Your agent never sends anything on its own.
Does it run on its own?
No. Every task starts with you, and you send what goes out.
Is this a prompt pack?
No. A prompt pack gives you text to paste. Gerty interviews you, builds your agent with you and tests it.
Are there other costs?
One payment, no subscription. Your AI plan is separate and paid to its provider.

What happens when Claude changes?
Your agent is plain text you own, so it keeps working. The kit includes an update routine for when your work changes.
Do I own what I build?
