Who you are buying from

Gerty is sold by The Human Advantage (Tomás Dostal Freire, sole proprietorship), trading as Gerty. Contact: tomas@tha.works.

What you get

The kit is a digital method: a guided set of files that walks you, through your own Claude account, to build a personal AI working partner from your own material. Right after payment you get an email with a download link. If it has not arrived in 15 minutes, check spam, then write to tomas@tha.works and we send it again.

The kit with a session also includes one live 45-minute video session with Tomás Dostal Freire. After payment you answer a short intake and pick a slot. I take 6 sessions a week, so the first free slot can be a week or two out. To move a booked slot, write to tomas@tha.works in good time.

Your download link

The link works for 7 days and for 3 downloads. Your name is printed in each file. The link and the files are for you. If a link stops working or you need a new one, write to tomas@tha.works.

What you need

A Claude account where you can create a Project (look for “Projects” in the left sidebar) and attach files. Claude plans and limits change, so check before you buy; a long build can use a lot of your allowance on smaller plans. Claude is not included in the price. Claude is a product of Anthropic and is governed by Anthropic’s terms, not these.

Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in euros or US dollars, once, through Stripe. The price includes VAT where VAT applies, and you get an invoice by email. The current prices are a launch price and can change for later buyers. The price never changes for an order already paid. If you buy for a company, enter the company name and VAT ID at checkout and the invoice is made out to the company.

Your right of withdrawal

The kit, the session package and the gift voucher are digital content delivered right away. Before you pay, you confirm: “I agree that delivery starts right away and I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.”

Gifts

When you buy a gift, you get a voucher by email right away: a PDF to print or forward, with a code. You decide when and how to hand it over. Whoever has the code redeems it on this site whenever they like; the voucher does not expire. The kit then carries the name the recipient enters when they redeem it.

Team workshops

A team workshop includes a kit for up to the number of people named on the page (5 for the 1-hour workshop, 10 for the 2-hour workshop) and one live workshop with Tomás Dostal Freire for your team. You get one link per person, each for that person’s own use, and you book the workshop through the link in your email; each booking is confirmed by email.

Certificate

Each buyer can download a certificate of completion with their name and the date. It confirms that they bought and received the kit. It is not an accredited qualification.

What the kit is, and is not

The kit gives you a method and templates. The result is an AI working partner that works from what you tell it and what you wrote. It will make mistakes. It does not think exactly like you, and it is not the advice of a licensed professional. You are responsible for what you do with its output and for what you choose to put into it.

Your material

You build everything in your own Claude account. We never receive your writing: there is no upload, and please do not send it to us in support emails either. In a session, you decide what to show. Anthropic, which runs Claude, handles what you type under its own terms and your settings. Read part A of file 5 in the kit before you paste anything.

Licence

The kit is for one person’s own use. Not for building partners for other people. Please don’t resell, share or republish it.

Liability

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow it.

Law and complaints

Dutch law applies, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Complaints: write to tomas@tha.works; we answer within five working days.
